Taking up your Sword
Join us February 27-March 1, 2026 for our annual men’s conference at Bethlehem Camp. Our theme is “Taking Up Your Sword,” a study in the book of 1 John. In between studying God’s word, we will have multiple activities for you to enjoy (disc golf, basketball games, ax throwing, and more). Also, we will have everyone’s favorite activity: sitting on the porch or around the campfire and enjoying fellowship with “mostly” true stories of hunting, fishing, camping and life adventures.
For those who attended last year, we truly look forward to having all of you back, and we are certainly excited about welcoming new guests to the conference. Encourage other men from your church, your small group, your hunting club, your community or your family to join you in this weekend of growth, fellowship and respite.

Special Guests
We are blessed to have Josh Sellers returning to lead this study. He has expressed how much he enjoyed connecting with you guys last year, and he looks forward to spending this weekend with us again.
PJ Petrey will lead us in great songs of worship, featuring well-known hymns as well as new songs of praise.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please send an email to barclay.jandrew@gmail.com with your name and contact information.
If you are cancelling more than 2 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund (minus a 3% credit card processing fee).
If you are cancelling within 2 weeks of the event, you will receive credit that can be applied to future events.
Not the best plan. Retreat organization and purchasing are based on the number of registered campers. Also, the price increases if you register after the deadline.
Yes, if you select the ‘Hotel-Style Room (Private Bath) ‘ selection at checkout. Twelve rooms with private-baths are available on a first come, first serve basis. If all twelve are reserved before your reservation is received, you will be housed in a hall-bath dorm.
